Not very welcoming.. I went in for my last time to get paczki for my family and work. They clearly had enough when I went into buy Two dozen. I understand they wanted to take orders ahead and if they did not have a plethora of them I would not have considered it.. I approached and said kindly, said I am sorry but I need to order 2 dozen, I said I have them all written down to make it very easy. She huffed and let out a sigh and said they were taking orders and I could only order 6. I said oh, okay so I cannot order 2 dozen - she said something about having to separate them into two boxes and I felt so awkward I said to put them in one box and I'll separate them, knowing how challenging that is without poking each one.. then she kind of stood there a moment and I then put my list away mostly concerned my kids get them, being Catholic it is a tradition and they were with me 8 and 10 yrs old... I say okay can I just buy 6 then, I have a family of 5 so maybe can I please buy 8 so the kids all can have 2 and I'll skip this year.. she sighed and walked away to speak to someone else, I was so insulted we left - and I order Christmas cookies every year for my works Christmas party, well not anymore I do.. so upset I left and called my husband who got the list and went in and ordered all two dozen like 30 min after I was there!! I had my kids as my witnesses, I couldn't have been nicer, so I agree there is a woman there who is mean and I will not go back there, I'd rather go...
Read moreSECOR Location. NEVER again! This was my go to place for 15 years & over 1,000 visits. I will never step foot in their establishment again. Quality has slipped tremendously. Eclairs are skimped of filling at $4 a pc. You can taste the oil in the doughnuts (hmm! How often is it changed). Doughnuts are thrown into the box with no logic- place frosted items below non-frosted. Customer service is even worse than the product. Try hiring mature people who care and not a bunch of counter KIDS who could care less. I suggest you return to what made you popular if you want to see a 35 or 40 year anniversary. You will only last so long with your new found lackluster approach to product and customer care. Once more, NEVER AGAIN. See you Bakery Unlimited, HELLO Wixey’s...
Read moreDay Old Doughnuts Unlimited more like it. I used to love this place. It’s gone downhill and not sure if it’s management or the employees just don’t care. It looks nice and clean inside. I went here on a Sunday morning for a couple of apple fritters. They gave me the worst tasting doughnuts ever. They were burnt, old, and tough. If they weren’t day old, an I swear they were, then it’s hands down the worst fritter I’ve ever had. And They use to have the best apple fritters. I couldn’t eat them. My wife tasted one and spit it out. I wanted to go back and get my money back but was in hurry. I don’t write poor reviews - but I’ll make an exception for this experience. ...
