Sat in like for about an hour total. They took one person at a time and made people wait about 5-10 at the speaker 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 they even ordered, each. We placed an online order before we even arrived at the restaurant. Once we finally go to the window they gave us the wrong bag. They gave us a random doordash bag that was cold. Then when we told them it was wrong, they tried to tell us we never placed an order. Had to show proof on my phone and they 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 found it. Waited another 10 minutes for them to make it at the window. I always get quesaritos with beans substituted because I can’t digest meat. They didn’t substitute the beans and I couldn’t eat the food I waited so long to get. I wouldn’t have even waited that long had I not ordered the food beforehand and paid on the app. They were standing around talking and flirting and honestly gave horrible service. My significant other has an allergy to lettuce so we asked for 3 DL tacos with no lettuce and they put it on there anyways then to top it off I ordered a taco Supreme and they put no sour cream on it and I ordered the new queslupa meal and there was no sauce on it at all. I tried to call the store but was rudely hung up on by who ever answered the phone before I even got a word out or even a hello so I then drove back and sat in line another 30 minutes for only the 3 tacos to be corrected and at that point my significant other decided he didn't trust the tacos because of how rude the drive thru girl behaved over mistakes that could've just been easily fixed! Read moreI had not ever had an issue at this particular location until today. One notable difference was the crew behind the counter; all new faces from my most previous visit (i.e., 6 months ago).
As soon as my wife and I received the food, it was obvious that everything had been sitting for quite a while, too long. They also forgot the one drink we ordered. My wife was met by a disinterested employee with an attitude (who when asked about our missing drink replied "what about it?") who then gave her the wrong drink. We also got treated to an attitude when one of the girls called us to get our order. Some of the girls on this crew exhibited attitudes that were entitled and unprofessional.
