Mr. Gyro’s and More — Restaurant in Toledo

This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever received in my life more than two and a half hours went by and when I called them multiple times where was put on hold and later hung up on she lied and stated the delivery lied and never came she was sorry and to give them another hour ! Another hour goes by I call the say my food is on its way 30 mins later I call again she states her delivery man is at the door we sat on the porch and waited no show called back she says she made him leave cause we didn't answer the door I drive all the way up there and there wasn't even a delivery man when I ask who I had spoken to all of the woman ignored me and laugh following by calling the police i asked her since your delivery man came what color is my appartment she didn't even know because they had never came to my house I was also called me out of my name by an employee by the name of Carly I have NEVER dealt with anything so unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone the food has been great in the past but the customer service is trash just like their employees ! Walking in there was a small handwritten sign on the bottom of the menu stating menu prices has changed. While looking over the main menu an employee handed us a takeout menu (same prices listed). Three employees behind the counter....no one told us what the new prices were until we questioned upon paying. We were told they haven't updated their main menu. When asked about the takeout menu we were told none of their new prices are reflected anywhere. Original gyro combo increased by $3.49 & a chicken shawarma combo increased by $2.99. While we were waiting on our order we noticed 2 handwritten signs written in highlighter saying to ask for the new prices. Customer service would be letting the customer know what the current price is while they are ordering & also being nice to state there is an extra charge to use a debit/credit card. $25.46 later and the food was not flavorful! Loved this place two years ago, then I moved out of town and recently came back... everything's changed... horrible. Restaurant workers are extremely EXTREMELY rude.. rolling their eyes, talking over me, arguing with me... I tipped them still and I still came back again for a second try.. Ordered a pizza, two liter of pop and cheesecake through DoorDash. Pizza crust is completely raw.. i asked them to give me a two liter of lemonade or sprite or Sunkist. They gave us Mountain Dew. The owners had to have changed or they must have just hired a bunch of new employees who truly do not care about their job or customers at all. I'm a server and I've been a server for 14 years.
