While I absolutely love their pizza, I have to warn you about the Domino's on the south end of Toledo – avoid it like the plague after 5 pm! The night shift crew seems to have a knack for messing up orders, leading to deliveries that arrive hours late (if at all). And don't even bother trying to call the manager. They're rude, dismissive, and quick to offer coupons as a band-aid solution instead of actually addressing the problem. I just want my pizza, not a stack of coupons for a future order I'm not sure I even want anymore. It's a shame because the day shift is the complete opposite. They're efficient, friendly, and always deliver quality food quickly. It's like night and day between the two shifts. If you're ordering from this location, stick to online orders during the day. Avoid calling in, especially at night, because it sounds like a zoo on the other end of the line. I know pizza places like this don't always care about who they hire, but it's incredibly frustrating as a customer. I shouldn't have to drive across town for a decent pizza experience. Despite this, I still love their pizza, so I'll continue ordering from them – just exclusively during lunch hours. Hopefully, they'll eventually get their act together and staff the night shift with people who actually care about doing their job properly.

Summary: Need to go back to putting a normal amount of toppings on the pizza. I order here often, have for years, & am probably going to stop. I’m not sure when they started cutting their onions & peppers into the TINIEST pieces, but they put about 2-4 micro-pieces on each slice; if you were to line them all up, they wouldn’t make a fourth of an actual slice of pepper or onion. It’s a cheap way to put next to no toppings on the pizza. You can’t even taste them they’re so small. On my last pizza there was one small banana pepper on each slice, two if I was lucky. Look at the picture & count the MICROSCOPIC green peppers & onions on each slice. And there is no in-between when it comes to sauce; ordered regular, there is NONE. Order extra & your pizza is absolutely swimming in sauce. I understand that prices have gone up everywhere, but charging more for toppings & then giving wayyy less is a shame.

I always enjoy Vito's Pizza and Subs. They have fast and friendly service. Their many specialty pizzas are unique and tasty. Tonight I had a coupon for a free specialty pizza for my birthday and I chose the Tony Packo's Pizza as pictured. I should mention that this pizza to my knowledge is only found at Vito's and is a very good pizza. It tastes just like eating a signature Tony Packo's dog. They leave nothing out and even include a side of pickles.

This is my first time ordering from vitos ever, and Im very disappointed. I placed the order online, at 7:42pm time of delivery was to be at 8:19pm at 8:50pm I called the location which is exactly 1 mile from my home and asked if there was a problem, I only ordered a small pizza and small vito stick with soda, the guy who answered was very rude and unprofessional. He said what, huh I was like it's only a mile is it going to be very much longer? As the computer estimates time of delivery because it knows your status and how many orders are ahead, the response I got was, uh I don't know, then yells in to the back where You could hear several people it sounded laughing and playing around, when he finally got their attention, and asked if it had left, they're said na, Its sitting there. Again rudley he says, no it's here be about 10 more minutes before it leaves out, we kinda behind right now, and hangs up, I had already paid with my debit card, so I didn't cancel, 6 minutes later it arrives, cold. It was decent but I'm sure hot is better even warm. Also I ordered Tony packos with "original pickles" always purchased and paid for 3 extra pickles at .75 cents a piece, I only received 1 which were hot, not original , and I know it was only 2 dollars and some change but if you treat all customers to this , I bet your always extra at the end it adds up , I don't like paying for something, and not getting it. I left a tip of 5 dollars was charged 3.00 for delivery, and I'm only a mile away, so it does aggravate me to get ripped of that's the same as stealing. Management needs to offer a course on phone etiquette, and customer service with there employees , no one has manners there it's obvious. How ever the girl who delivered it was very respectful, and polite. She's the only thing you have going for you. Until I see a dramatic change in reviews I will not be ordering from there again. Poor...

Love your pizza. The reason for low star is that all of your staff SUCKS! I'm sorry to put it that way, but they do. They are very unfriendly. I've never had a good experience with any of them. I feel as tho I am a bother every time I call. I am always on "hold" for 10 minutes or more. I had ordered one time and was told it would be 20-30 minutes to deliver. Which is fine. But had to wait over an hour, before I had to call and ask where my pizza was.they literally told me they had forgot all about me! REALLY?! And another crazy part, I was only a block away. (Yeah, I know I could've drove there, but I was babysitting, and the child was sick and couldn't leave. )They asked for the order again and i declined and ordered from some place else. I don't know why I even bother calling back, except the pizza is good. But that's not worth the horrible customer service I always receive. (And not to mention they don't seem to get our order right half the time. ) I am all for second chances, but come on now. If it were my business? I would definitely be looking into hiring different staff. There are so many people out here that need work, and while this "staff" seems to be a little too "comfortable" with their jobs, it's definitely interfering with good customer relations. Until you get new staff, I'll wait til I order from there again. I am sorry, but I deserve better, regardless of how good anyone's pizza...

While the food was okay, the delivery person was horrible. We purposely chose contactless delivery with notation listed Twice to leave at the door on table there. This is because my daughter is trying to recover from complications during giving birth to her newborn (less than two weeks old). While we get that the delivery lady would not know this, it shouldn’t have mattered as she had the request for contactless delivery and the two notes to leave at the door. Instead, she came to the door and rang the doorbell, which made the dogs bark, the baby cry and stressed my daughter (BP issues). When asked why she rang the doorbell and didn’t follow the instructions, she said that the owner of Vito’s insists that cc receipts be signed. It was pointed out that the website gives the option for the contactless though, to which she said that it wasn’t her problem. We called the store, twice, trying to lodge a complaint about this lady’s attitude and found out that she’s the manager there. She finally called back, only to rudely deny that she was being not very polite while during the delivery (trying to not type a novel so not stating in more detail her rudeness). Everyone is upset here and will not be ordering from the Toledo store on Detroit anymore. Moreover, we’ll be sharing this negative experience with neighbors, family...
