If I could give a negative star rating I would. Having a "drive through" by definition inherently denotes speed and convenience. Nothing could have been further from the truth for the McDonald's on the corner of FM 2920 and Hufsmith-Kohrville. I pulled up to place my order for five, nothing elaborate or extra just straight off the menu. The kid taking the order seemed to struggle with just that, which should have been my first clue, the 10 minute wait behind the 2 cars ahead of us was the second flag. Once up to the window everything seemed normal, I gave the kid my debit/ credit card (like I have at any other place) and he tells me "it's asking for the PIN" and stares at me expectantly. I tell him you must have put through incorrectly and to try again, which he does several times. Clearly he has no clue what to do at this point and grabs the MOST reluctant (I assume) shift manager I've ever seen, who I might add saw him struggling and ignored him. At this point she trys the card and it's the same thing to which she says it's asking for your PIN. I tell her I'm NOT giving you my PIN, I then give her my wife's card to try and same thing. Now all this time cars are stacking up behind us and some are leaving in a huff, one guy jumps the line and goes inside were the kid I was first dealing with is pulled away from filling my order to serve him. I now give the lavender haired reluctant "manager" a credit card and now it works! Folks I have NEVER had a problem with either of my debit/credit cards anyplace even at that particular McDonald's which I've frequented before. Working on the 20 minute mark, food is now paid for but guess what, the order still is not ready!!! Seems only 2 people were working the counter and both were less than competent. Suffice it to say I'll NEVER go back there again. My daughter jokingly said it wasn't really a McDonald's but Mcdowell's from the movie Coming to America, she was probably closer to the truth...

The whole store, every last employee including the manager, doesnāt care at all about getting it right in the least. Save yourself the headache and never go here. Iāve given them so many opportunities to get to right and never once have they accomplished the goal of getting a single order correct. Iāll drive the extra distance to go to the next closest one. Worst McDs ever. UPDATE JULY 2024: This place still never ever gets it right. Ham, no burger; peanut butter, no jelly. I go here in a pinch just because I do t want to drive the extra half mile to the other one on Main St. That stops after this last episode of āCanāt get it right.ā Never ever ever everā¦EVER EVER...

The drive thru line was long so i selected curb side. 10 minutes later, the drive thru line is clear and im watching people go inside buy their food and come out. Meanwhile, I'm still sitting waiting for my food. 12 minutes after arriving, I go inside to get my food. I asked for the manager, and her reply "Oh well, I'm sorry we were busy". I'm still confused, my order went in 12 minutes ago and all the people who placed an order after mine got there food in a timely manner. This happened before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. NEVER AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. My Advice - don't offer mobile ordering or curb side pickup if your staff can't handle...
