Was in the store for 6 minutes, waiting to be greeted! When the woman finally turned to acknowledge my presence, she said “Yes?”! As a new bakery just opening, customer service is the Most important beginning. I planned on spending money, but by not being greeted in a welcoming manner, definitely felt that there was a lack of professionalism and respect. The experience was unacceptable.
