Casey's — Restaurant in Tonica

This location has proven unreliable on multiple occasions. I’ve made the mistake of passing other gas stations assuming this one would be open, only to find the pumps shut down—most recently because of issues with the rewards system freezing. Instead of just disabling rewards, they shut down all pumps, leaving both truckers and regular drivers stranded.

Additionally, customer service can be inattentive. On a recent visit, I waited at the counter while the cashier chose to continue a conversation and take inventory rather than ring me up, despite clearly seeing me.

This was a very nice Casey's I'm always so overwhelmed with the amount of choices. This time my sister didn't have to wait on the workers to get her chicken nuggets for my mother. They actually had a case where they had breaded chicken nuggets and a whole bunch of pre-made food that she could grab and go

I got some hot chocolate and the lady there was very friendly. I liked on the wall to the bathroom as they had employee recognition slips and I thought that was nice

If it go in the mornings don't eat here. I literally seen the kitchen manager Barbara take food out of the trash can, relabel it and put it back in the food warmer to sell to customers. She also will go smoke a cig , come back in the kitchen and not wash her hands n start making pizzas without wearing gloves. Just nasty. She is going to get someone sick. As a manager she...
