By far the worst service I've had had a diner. Make sure you check your receipts because they like to charge you for things u didn't order or things that are supposed to come with the order and when asked they will act like your the problem for wanting what you paid for. Its sad they would take advantage of my elderly father in law and charge him extra charges for things he never received. Makes me wonder how many others are being overcharged in the same fashion without their knowledge. I understand people have bad days and that is completely reasonable but it wasn't the first time it's happened hence why we asked this time and the response we got from your staff was uncalled for. We even told them on the phone because it wasn't the first time we have been overcharged. The younger waitress walked away in the middle of asking about the charge. Your seasoned manager literally raised her voice and tossed our refund on the counter and didn't even try to deescalate the situation. She wasn't even present to know the situation became hostile towards us just because your new waitress got upset for the mistake they made. I understand your gonna believe your employees and customers overreact but no one was rude enough to justify the response we got. Read moreIf I could give no stars I would. My husband is in the military, and we are PCSing. So there for we were at a hotel stuck with no way of getting food. We heard about this place and thought we would try it. We got 6 dinners, 92 dollars. I had to call to find out where my food was after an hour of placing it. Finally when the delivered it, the food was ice cold, fries were soggy, popcorn chicken was too hard for my kids to eat, and the chicken fried steak was so tough I couldn't cut it. When I called the restaurant to let them know of the problems I was given the ower Carol number. When I called she didn't answer I left a message, but then instead she text me. I tell her all of the problems and she comes off rude, tells me that the delivery was 15 mins away and I should of just came in instead. When I asked her how she could make it right she told me I wasn't charged right I should of been charged 10 for delivery but was only charged 5. So she lost out on money. She never tried to make it right, never tried to apologize. But instead told me it was my fault for having it delivered. Be wise not to have stuff delivered because when I asked her if they had proper bags or even foil to put on the food for delivery she ignored me about it and again to blame me. Also, you better read your receipts carefully, they'll try to charge you extra for something that's included with your meal, at no extra cost.
