WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went to order a couple of items my friends had texted me to order and when I went to order I had one of the worst customer service interaction of my life. She had no name tag or else I would be referring her by name, short black hair, middle aged, and Filipino. When I was reading my order off my phone, one of the orders were not clear enough and she was extremely rude about the fact that what I was ordering wasn’t correct and instead of helping me she got angry and started doing other orders and then reluctantly coming back to ask me again what I wanted and continuing to get mad at the fact that I was ordering wrong and instead of assisting me she answered a call. Finally after repeatedly not understanding what I wanted she started aggressively pointing and reading the menu to me. I felt rushed and just ordered whatever she said. I after paying asked to add something else to my order since her anger and confusion made me realize I didn’t order the right thing. Instead of being polite she SHAKES HER HEAD AT ME. I have never felt more offended by any employee in my life. This employee MUST be fired...

The food here is amazing and I always love to order misubi for a quick snack, but my visit on this occasion was less than standard. Generally I will order one of each misubi, with one extra spam misubi, I do this because they can be ordered by 2 or 4, and there are 5 on the menu. Mixing and matching this has never been difficult in the past. This woman working the front was very rude and spoke very short to me despite me making sure to have a friendly demeanor. Because she was so impatient with me, I decided to just order 4 misubi, two katsu and two sausage. Cool, I don’t mind, maybe she’s had a hard day. However, after calling my number, I went to pick up my food to go and asked for katsu sauce, she actually scoffed at me and resentfully grabbed a container of katsu sauce to place in my bag. 1 container of katsu sauce is free with your order. Excellent service (even if there is a long line at lunch hour), great food and very large portions for the price. Forget the Carson location rude people small portions - come here in Torrance, plus they really take care of regular customers.

Most people would never think of Hawaiian BBQ as a place to go for a low calorie meal, but I know of no better. My typical order is the Regular size Half & Half w/ BBQ Chicken and Beef, sides of white rice and steamed vegetables (85-90% broccoli). This is a large plate but still under 900 calories and I usually eat only half for lunch at work and take the rest home. Add unsweetened tea for your drink and you have a filling meal high in protein, enough carbs (white rice) to get you through the day, some vitamins from the veggies all under 450 calories.
