It's been years since I last visited this library, so I decided to make a trip and spend some time, boy, not what it once was. They did a bit of rearranging. Although the place is very clean and the atmosphere is peaceful, they really dropped the ball with the set up. The tables are set up where there are no plug-ins for your electronic items, get with the times already staff. The patrons are fighting for the only two plug-ins available. Read moreThere are limited outlets to plug in laptops and other devices. This has been a longstanding issue for many years. It's beyond me why this cant be fixed. Why have tables without outlets? Not everyone wants to use the library computers that offer limited timeframes, for example, two hours per user. Surely getting an electrician to install outlets should not be a challenge spanning decades. So the alternative is to sit in an area that has two outlets and have ones laptop on a center table or on ones legs. Not to mention there is no privacy if one is typing a confidential document.

Read moreI've visited here 3 times now. I'm new to the area and unfamiliar. My past experiences with Libraries has been helpful and pleasant, but not here. Each time I visit, I attempt to get my questions answered before I get started; however once I settle down on a computer a library rep comes and rudely scolds me for "doing it wrong." But when I ask futher questions they huff, roll their eyes, walk away, and don't answer. Then when I ask again they ask someone else "can you explain it to her?"
