When did McDonald's lose there "Customer is right" standards. When did they make it where customers had to settle for whatever they get and if it is cold or wrong they get annoyed at complain about remaking food. They will even deny special request "as par of a manager; I am not making that sandwich"
Ronald McDonald had standards and a joy of seeing people happy and built a business with love and compassion. Are we in such a 2022 state of it is what it is, that we all forget that a Monster Mac might be someone's happiness from a tragic day that has been denied because "I'm not doing that!"
It is sad to watch the disappointment on someone's face when they can't order their special request. I wonder if they forgot the value of the Ronald McDonald House!?

I ordered the cheeseburger bundle (2 medium fries 2 cheeseburgers and 30 nuggets) a large diet and large root beer 2 mc chickens and a 4 piece kids meal. Read moreI love McDonald's I've always loved their food but they train all of their employees to push the food out the door so fast that they are constantly screwing up on our orders. For instance just last week I stopped in and simply got a mocha frappe for my wife and I wanted a vanilla milkshake for myself and they were it's such a hurry they didn't even finish taking our order at the drive-thru okay give me the amount to pay and I wasn't even done ordering, I said the heck with it and pull up to the window to pay and he told me in a different amount to pay once I got up to the window and then proceeded to the next window to only get a chocolate shake instead of a vanilla shake.
