Ordered 2 Steak Egg and cheese bagels on 12/1/2014

1 of 2 had a lang black hair

I figured stuff happens, I went again today 12/2/2014 around 7:15 A.M. ordered 2 Steak Egg and Cheese Bagels with extra grilled onions...

My first one had a black hair roughly 3" long in it again... these were made fresh, the girl at the window even had me pull forward and wait. I thought to myself, sweet fresh Steak Egg and Cheese Bagels.. Excited to eat I took a bite, I then pulled a hair out of my food.. I called and explained my issue from both yesterday and today. I was offered 2 free bagels or a refund on the 2 that had hair. No additional compensation offered, all 4 should have been refunded. I won't go back for the free bagels, no telling what I'll get at this point.

Tim Horton's offers breakfast sandwiches cheaper and I have never had a hair in my food...

I very seldom go to McDonald’s. Today I went through the Alden drive through. I ordered a double quaterpounder cheeseburger value meal, medium size with a Sprite, light ice. What I received was a double quarter pounder burger with the bun hanging half out the box, ketchup and mustard dripping down the side of the package and all over my pants when I pulled it out. The burgers were over cooked, black, burnt and tasted as such. The medium fry container was barely half full. Less than a small fry in a medium container. The medium Sprite with light ice that I ordered, turned out to be a small water with extra ice. Complete incompetence from the staff that was paying no attention to their work, and rather laughing amongst themselves. Horrible food, horrible service and my order wasn’t even half right. I will never go there again and I don’t recommend...

I have had a taste lately for McDonald's french fries and the 2 cheese burgers. I believe that meal is number 7. Which is also my lucky number. Not all McDonald's in my opinion deserve 5 stars. But this particular one does. Maybe its the atmosphere in which these employees work or maybe they just know how to treat the customers. Either way it goes I always have a great experience when coming here. Ive never over paid, never given the wrong items, never had items not received, never had cold food and never had microwaved food either. Everytime Ive come here my burgers are hot and the french fries are hot and fresh. For all the money we pay for fast food you want it to taste good and fresh. Not rubbery, cold and microwaved. I've never experienced that here. And everyone is very friendly and glad you stopped by their McDonald's. I absolutely...
