Third time ordering for pick up, get home and half of the order or more is missing. Called to let them know and all three times, “we will deliver in to you in an hour.” I live 1/4 mile away and I have a baby and kids so not convenient to pile everyone back in the car. Management is RUDE and my husband and I can’t stand going in because they aren’t pleasant at all. 3 strikes, you’re out. Never ever ordering again and word of mouth spreads fast. Food was not great for the price. I was with my father and brother. My father was surprised at the wait and only looked a bit shocked to get met with a rude, “it’s friday and we’re busy. this isn’t burger king.” He had done absolutely nothing to call for this. It took even longer to receive our food than her estimated time, which would normally not be a problem. She couldn’t see him standing there and was talking to someone else saying he was the one that “ordered with an attitude” when he had done nothing wrong. The Alden location is much kinder and better food.
