Was not impressed. If you like your burgers 2 in thick kicking and screaming then this is probably the place for you. I do not and I specifically ask if they could do it well done because I don't like pink meat and they completely ignored my request and gave me a burger that was still bleeding. The people were nice and the cheese curds were good but the only reason I went there was for the food and I had to chuck the entire burger out the window for the animals. I’m not someone to leave a review. I’ve been going to Jake’s Jim town for probably a year now. The consistency of the food is the same every time I’ve gotten the hamburgers. They’re probably one of my favorites. I typically don’t order a burger at any bar, in fact, any restaurant because I can always make a better one at home. We're fortunate to live nearby so Jake's Jim town has become a staple stop anytime we think about eating out. The delicious big burgers are the main attraction. I usually go for either the Popple popper burger or the John Wayne.
