Giuseppe's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of AuSable

Never again will my mom or I order from Keeseville Giuseppe’s. First off, we ordered boneless wings, lasagna with extra meat sauce w/ salad no onions, quesadilla and potato skins. My moms boyfriend picked up the food and came home to find out they gave us bone in wings, no extra meat sauce, onions on salad and the quesadilla was disgusting with no cheese. So what did we do? We called and asked for the food to be remade and a refund since we have to go back down there to get it. Toni, the manager, told me that there is nothing she can do about a refund. She doesn’t have the ability to do refunds. So I said we will be down. My mom went inside and was welcomed by 4 cooks and Toni. Toni asked what my mom want she wanted them to do, remake the food or refund (even though she told me on the phone multiple times she can’t do a refund). My mom said if the food is going to come out like this she doesn’t want the food. It’s not even edible. They gave all of these excuses as to why the food was messed up. In these situations, the customer is always right. Shame on Giuseppe’s for not making this right. Shame on Toni for arguing with me about a refund on the phone. I ordered 10 piece chicken wings at $10.99 I asked for sweet and sour they told me okay it'll be an hour long with other stuff I ordered they never told me over the phone that they did not have sweet and sour chicken otherwise I would have ordered something else it was about an hour they got here I tip the driver brought my food in my sister who had a cleft palate took a bite of the chicken wings and they are very very hot I called them they said well we don't have sweet and sour so we gave you sweet and chili I didn't ask for anything spicy with a cleft palate my sister can't have anything spicy can you please trade it or give me my money back let me talk to the owner is everything there they ask everything but one bite that my sister took out of the wing. we can't exchange it or give you money back . Don’t not order pickup My family and I were leaving from our camping trip and needed a easy, convenient dinner. We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza along with chicken wings. When we went to pick up our order we walked in, they told us it would be another 20 minutes. (We ordered for 5, got our food at 5:22) we came back in after 15-20 minutes, our order had been sent to delivery for another person. They gave us a pizza that was for the other person that had ordered for the delivery and gave us what had looked like the rest of our order… We get back to eat it and find that they had given us the right pizza but the wrong sides. We called them asking for a refund for the sides because we had already had 2 problems (they were late, we had received the wrong order). They insisted that we just take a credit for next time because they had a no refund policy even after explaining we were from out of town.
