McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Avon

Honestly I don't go here in the morning as I work during the day and I don't feel like being handed my food by someone covered in hickies... But at night oh my goodness it's a uncomfortable experience I live in Avon I don't always feel like driving to Henrietta for McDonald's to try n bring it home before it's cold... Your crew members always give me dirty looks and shove the bag of food in my face .. I don't know anyone at night time here and they only know of me through family that work there but as someone who works at a McDonald's the way I get treated Everytime I come by is absolutely disgusting...ask for something cooked to order you get your sandwich squished and cold fries that don't have salt and soggy Avon is a small town word gets around easily around here without realizing it .. yesterday I was informed by another customer that they talk down on me at night when I come by .(I legit spent over $40 and get horrible service) .... and I know exactly who starts it with bringing personal problems into work and talking bad about me and he's a manager in the morning now.... As a frequent customer I'm honestly disappointed and hopefully things get better at this location my kids love it there as we were able to celebrate my sons birthday back in December.. . It doesn't seem like they watched their orientation videos on customer service and hospitality maybe they should do it again

I truly didn't want to write this review but honestly enough is enough and something needs a change.. I'm sure there is others out there that would love to work there especially kids right out of highschool looking for a job that probably would treat your customers with better respect and make it family friendly again and take their...

This was the worst experience I have ever had. From beginning to end. Walked into a dirty restaurant, but I could understand, because it was just at the end of a peak time. Bathroom was dirty, again, understand, they had been busy. Ordered food from kiosk, got number and went to sit down. Tables were ALL dirty, again, no biggie, I just cleaned it off. We were brought our food and the guy got visibly angry that nobody had given me a cup. I asked for napkins and ketchup, were told they were in the bag. The ketchup was not. When he brought the cup out to me, I asked for ketchup again, was ignored. I walked to the counter to get ketchup. The girl was up there on her phone doing nothing. Asked for ketchup and more napkins because we were given like three napkins, and she told me to hold on and proceeded to start ringing up stuff on the register....there was nobody there but me!! Then she screamed at someone in the back to give me napkins and ketchup and told me there were both over by the drinks. I informed her that if there were, I wouldn't be asking her for them. The guy is standing in the back and talking very loudly where I can hear him telling everyone back there that I am ridiculous. After being brought 3 more napkins and 3 packs of ketchup, we got fed up and left the establishment. The customer service in this place was atrocious and extremely unprofessional and I will never eat...

We asked if they took applepay before ordering. The girl taking the order said yes. We wait 15mins for the car ahead of us to pay because their machine wasn't working. We finally get to the pay window and she informed us that the card payment machine wasn't working and to goto the 2nd window to pay. We paid for our first order with my bank card, goto pay for the 2nd order with applepay and the gentleman who is the manager named Adam was VERY RUDE. I was being as professional and proper as possible without yelling since I have done about 12 years of customer service. He still proceeded to be very rude about the fact that he couldn't take the applepay and I would have to figure out a different way to pay. We were from out of town taking family pictures and my little sister forgot her bank card. This was the only form of payment that she had. He could have been a little bit nicer instead of taking his bad day out on innocent people. He got mad because the till at drive thru wouldn't open so he slammed it repeatedly in front of customers and a car full of young children. Normally I don't complain and just let things go but this gentleman clearly doesn't know how to be...
