Had an issue with the Honeoye fall Location tonight put in information they have my pizza delivered to the house, but their computer auto generated it to an old address went back-and-forth with the HFL store telling me I could have a pizza that was 40 minutes old and it was too late for them to make a new one they said my pizza was out for delivery to the wrong address that they had on file but my email says different and then I called the store 40 minutes after my pizza was out for delivery and they told me it was still sitting there. I could come pick it up. I asked them to remake it because I put my information incorrectly. They told me it was not Their problem and it falls on me and that there was nothing they were gonna do other than refund my money which they did. I immediately called the Avon location and they went above and beyond staying open late past their time of operating hours to make me a fresh pizza as long as I could go there and pick it up. This store has earned a lot of respect from me as a customer they have on location did not have to do what they did but they went the extra mile and they made sure that I was taken care of as a customer. The food was excellent. It was fresh. It was hot, friendly conversation and stayed open past business hours just make sure customer is taken care of. I canāt say enough good things Thank you. To this location and the team members that you have there by far compared to what Iāve been dealing with an HFL, my business will only come to this store...

I call the store; guy says they have a 20.00 min. Order for delivery. If I want delivery, I have to order something else. This isn't right!! What's the point of using the perk points when I want to if I have to spend more $? I gave a tip and they charge a 6.00 delivery fee. They have great pizza. Today is the first time ever for a 'complaint' about this place. The 'co-owner' - unfriendly and bordered on rude. I called because it was well beyond an hour. I called and he told me prior the delivery would be 1 to 1.5 hr. No he didn't. My pizza arrives warm. Ok, I'll live with it... it's missing a topping. I call again. He states, I took your order. I encouraged him to look at my past orders... always the same. He said, I'll deduct it from your next order. He was rude. I won't be ordering again. Sign, Perk Points PS. The canoli I had to purchase for delivery- is terrible. Dry and no flavor. This location has taken a serious nose dive in quality of food...

A couple of weeks ago, we ordered a sheet pizza for delivery. The pizza came, we gave a $5 tip, and when we opened the box, the pizza was burned and so overdone. I called the shop and they offered to make us another pizza but I told them I fed my kids something else because they were so hungry. I asked the manager for my money back, but he issued a credit instead. We called this evening to order another sheet pizza. We were told it would be 35 minutes for pickup. My husband arrived and they told him it hadn't been put in the oven yet! When he called me, has asked me to look at the time of my call to the shop, and I had placed the call 34 minutes prior!
