A&W Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Aztalan

Went through drive- thru and ordered a combo meal. We noticed after leaving the drive- thru that we were missing our fries. We went back through the drive thru and the person said sure come back through and we will give you the fries. After 10 minutes we finally got to the window and the female attendant asked us for our receipt. She was not very customer oriented to say the least. We were told that we would have to pay for the fries separately since he mistakenly didn’t charge us for the combo. At this point 20 minutes later trying to understand how we were charged we told them to skip the fries and we went home. As far as the food quality… the cheese was not even close to being soft because the burgers were not warm. I would not be doing the review on the food had the customer service been better. It’s a shame. So many places are shutting their doors. Rude behavior to customers does not help to...

I have been here twice in a row with both of my orders wrong and the third time that I came my order was wrong again I had ordered one large root beer and one mini polar swirl Oreo flavored and I got charge for a regular size and I got charged for a medium root beer and not a large and they had to make it a large so far my experiences here have not been the greatest and I would like it to change. My sis and I stopped at the Jefferson WI restaurant this aft. We were greeted with a very pleasant smile and hello.
