Subway — Restaurant in Town of Bath

This is one of the worst subways I've been to. I think that girl that took my order was named Melissa maybe it was Stephanie, one of those. You could absolutely tell she didn't want to be there. Was talking to her coworkers more than paying attention to her job. I got a veggie sub. I asked for extra lettuce and she didn't even put a regular amount of lettuce on it. I asked for extra spinach and same thing. I had to ask for her to add a bit more spinach and literally add like 3 leaves. It's a VEGGIE sub. VEGGIE! Don't waste your money at this location. Oh also she had me pay before even finishing making the sub, I would suggest refusing to do that so if they don't make how you actually order it you don't pay. I would...

Along with the station itself, this place is hooked onto the inside of the gas station, and it around the same age as it. Inside it's always cleaned better than the gas station floors. The staff have changed around so much, and I have not been inside much since Covid. The food is alright, however the line can get quite long as there is never anymore than 2 or 3 workers there at a time. The booth around the rightside wall that seperates the gas station and the subway always has someone sitting in it. An old man, an employee on break, or a trucker listening to something in his earpiece, there is always someone there. We were behind a family for whom English was not their first language and I will give it to the girl waiting on them that she was trying. The trainer however was another story. Absolutely appalling behavior. Being disgustingly rude to her co worker, the customers ahead of us and us. muttering under her breath. slamming stuff around. We opted to take our food to go so I didn't tell her about herself. Subway should do better. this person should not be in service at all. I didnt catch her name.
