Such a welcoming place with great staff that greet you happily. Customer service is always top notch and conversations are great. The atmosphere is homie and comfortable. The food is delicious!!! Fries have the perfect crunch and flavor, never heavy with grease or soggy. Their garlic parm fries are incredible!!! Blasted with sensational flavor and a crisp crunch, these fries were surprisingly perfect! They come with a creamy white flavorful sauce (my husband ate the sauce and said it was delicious, I’m not a sauce person!) Both times I’ve visited, I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak and both times it was flavorful and consistent! The steak is shaved and the cheese is mozzarella, the only thing I would suggest it to ask for the bun to be toasted for a nice crunch. My son had the Notorious PIG burger (with no lettuce or tomato) and no matter how full he was, he couldn’t stop eating the burger. He said it’s in the top 3 favorite burger places! My husband had a bacon burger and enjoyed it, especially the crispy bacon. The mozzarella sticks are DEFINITELY our fave! Perfect outside breading and the cheese goes forever, hot and melted to perfection, the mozzarella sticks are a MUST. But wait… you can’t leave without a shake! My son has a Cotton Candy shake (it has pop rocks & the colors are vibrant and fun) and he loved it. My husband had the cookies & cream shake which was creamy and delicious. I had a mint shake the first time and the Grinch Shake the second time and all I can say is GET THERE BEFORE THE GRINCH IS GONE! OMG🥰 it’s soooooo good with mint flavor, strawberry sauce, sprinkles and more. It’s definitely my favorite shake ever. All in all, I highly recommend this place. Nothing fancy, no frills, but the kind of place that you feel at home, welcomed and the food is consistently good. It’s also where the owner takes interest in you and makes it a point to know your name & likes, which I appreciate. Try it today! You...
Read moreI decided to check this place out because a friend was talking about it and how they have interesting menu items. I tried 3 of their chopped sandwiches and a classic cheese steak. The sandwiches were alright. Their taste is comparable to any regular deli. What makes them a little different is that the ingredients are chopped. What really stood out to me is the price. They are on small club rolls and cost $13.50, which is pretty steep for average deli sandwiches. The 4 sandwiches pictured, with tax and a small tip came to over $65.00. I included a pic of the largest sandwich next to a $20 bill for size reference. The cheese steak was good and came with a fair amount of meat for its cost. I took a star away from service because it was a bit of a wait and the Italian sandwich was supposed to have the dressing on the side (to avoid soggy bread) but came on it instead. I actually went to try this place 2 days earlier (Friday around 1pm) but left after 10 minutes of waiting and not interacting with any employee - there were also people ahead of me waiting to order that hadn't been greeted in that time period. For the atmosphere - it's colorful and bright but very small. It felt pretty cramped with only 6 people inside. It was cool to check out something new, and the food was fine, but I'll...
Read moreI've never been ripped off harder. Maybe I came at a bad time, or ordered the wrong items. I HAVE had a good experience when I had one of their phillys, but this time was just unacceptable. The prices are insane for small portions but with a few fancy ingredients thrown on top.
My chicken sandwich was practically a kids sized McDonalds portion, just with a different hot sauce on it. For $12 that is outrageous. The fries were nothing out of the ordinary. The milkshake was the biggest sham of my order. You can tell it was just ice cream, milk, and ice blended together sloppily by the amount of air that was trapped and exposed itself as foam. It felt like I was drinking a milk slushie!
My experiences at Good Bites have been nothing but a hit or miss. For these prices I'm more or less done trying. I appreciate the efforts living up the area with a new, unique food spot, but I cannot fathom coming...
