I ordered two for $6 and a large coffee with extra sugar and cream on Sunday, August 15th, 2021, around 2:30 PM. A two-for-six deal comprises an egg, sausage, and cheese sandwich on a croissant or bagel. An employee named Julia, who did her best to understand my order, took my order. She became frustrated and told me to pull up to the window so she could take my order. The intercom was making an annoying buzzing noise, and I hope the owner will resolve the problem as soon as possible. It was not Julia that caused me not to return and file a complaint to corporate, but to the cook and the person who made my coffee. Three things made me angry:
I waited for 25 minutes before taking my order with the buzzing speaker (I was the only person in attendance).
My food was cold in the middle.
The creamer in my coffee was spoiled.

   Read moreOkay.. now today I've had enough... I come here once a week and every week.. I pick up my son and we go here and have been coming here now maybe alittle over a year. I'm a very nice and friendly person.. and I own a auto repair business where customers service needs to be it's best and I can see getting frustrated and annoyed with being in retail. Every time I come, there is a lady who always yells at me through the intercom in the drive through and each time i come she seems to be even rude. Louder and less patient then before.. today was it though. I hadn't returned in a couple weeks because I just didn't feel like dealing with it first thing in the morning and my sons been upset when we dont. Today will be my last day coming here. Order is usually right, donuts seem hard and stale, but the customer service is on it's own level of terrible here. I feel like I've given this place way more chances...
   Read moreUnfortunately a very bad experience today - had to wait 28 minutes to receive 2 drinks and a donut, and one of the drink orders was completely wrong. Usually very patient and I fully expected to pull up and find only one person working and feel bad for them, turns out there were 3 people back there so I think knowing that and having to wait almost 30 minutes is very excessive, on top of the order being wrong. We also ordered a seasonal donut that I understand is very popular, but to be out by 800am seems a bit extreme as well - you would think they have enough supply to last through at least the early morning. Due to this we were late for a very important appointment that we had left in plenty of time for, even if the drive thru took longer than expected, but not 30 minutes. Very unfortunate experience that will probably lead us to going to a different Dunkin an equal amount of time...
