NATALIANO'S — Restaurant in Town of Bethel

Oh man, these guys were nice but I think they need the feedback so they can recognize something needs to change.

We spent over an HOUR waiting for 3 burgers. I have never experienced such wait times at a food truck. It seemed like they were incapable of multitasking as the fries came out hot enough to burn my mouth while the burgers were lukewarm at best.

I just don't understand how it takes that long😂I was shocked. I've had shorter waits at high end sit down restaurants.

To make matters worse, the burgers were not made as we ordered them. My vegan friend ended up with cheese on hers, and I ordered a burger which clearly said it contained onion rings and ranch and none of those were on it. The employee who took our order seemed confused and didn't even know the dishes well.

Not to mention as soon as we began to eat, one of the employees promptly began smoking cigarettes directly upwind of us and causing thick smoke to fill the air while we were eating. Just not...

I stopped by for a delicious lunch of shrimp tacos. Alex, the owner, came out to introduce himself after I ate and I joked to him that I was throwing a small pool party 2 days later and it would be fun to have a taco bar. He threw out some ideas that fit into my budget and agreed to deliver the food. I was thrilled to not have to worry about feeding everyone anymore! The day of the party arrived and my god did Alex go above and beyond! He put together way more than the simple taco bar I had envisioned. He brought a grill and 2 chefs to make tacos to order! They had steak, shrimp, chicken, any topping you could imagine, ceviche, and even a delicious summer salad. The guys were so friendly and fun and my guests all raved about the food. I can’t wait to go back to the truck and try more of the menu but I will also absolutely have Alex cater next time I...

Update. Bringing down my rating this guy hasn't been open in the past year and if he was it was hit or miss 1 day a week on non specific days. Cause I've called this dude every day for a week during the summer no answer. Truck looks like it's been abandoned for 2 years I honestly believe the last 2 reviews were either his friends or people who forgot to write a post 2 years ago. I tried the chicken and cheese and the chicken breast was extremely thin. and the shoe string fries are just not my kind of fries especially when they are fried and have no potato left in it the sandwich was very tasty due to the garlic bread. Also posting a picture of the menu cause of all the other reviews not 1 person had the common sense to post a menu ....
