“a generation lost in space” they wound up pretty OK. So we just had a wonderful evening at a fairly new restaurant called Woodstock Way. The place has great food, family style service, live music tonight was the awesome (DEREK WOODS BAND) and the total Woodstock vibe. If you ever come up this way to Bethel Woods Museum, or for music, you definitely want to spend some time here. I had the absolute best steak, cheese, mushroom, and onions sandwich I’ve ever had in my life! Aka The Swami Steak Sandwich. And their ice cream is also a must have. Very reasonably priced ($100 for 2 meals with appetizers and desserts and 4 Drinks. Marianne aka “Salty” and the staff were awesome from when we walked in until leaving. We’ll certainly be back and encourage everyone to try it.

After passing by the Woodstock Way Groovy Eatery on the way to our Airbnb, I knew we had to stop! We went early for breakfast before heading to the Woodstock museum in Bethel a few miles down the road. Since the weather was nice, we were able to sit on their beautiful patio, overlooking the Mongaup River. Go for the atmosphere alone! Whether inside or out. The patio is beautiful, with flowers and views galore. The inside is decorated with tie dye and Woodstock memorabilia, as well as a cool wall depicting the crowd at Woodstock. The food was pretty good and I definitely would go back if in the area again. They feature live music a couple nights a week as well as trivia.

This is a little slice of heaven in the beautiful Catskills. The food is wonderful, (great home fries) and the staff are friendly and helpful. It is in the Mongoup Valley and the view of the river is magical. The ambience inside is filled with Woodstock memories. The iufsidd dining is spectacular and you breathe in peace.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a while. We stopped on our way to the lake and no one greets you upon entry and just stares at you while waiting to be seated. After being seated it took several minutes for someone to take our drink order, and when the drinks came out they never brought my water just the 3 sodas for our party of 4. When placing our food order they first said they weren't doing pizzas that day so my daughter ordered something else. We waited about 45 mins for our simple food order to come out, 2 appetizers and 3 wraps. My daughter's 2nd option of food was never delivered, they let us know after our food came out that they were not doing mozzarella sticks that day either. The spinach dip appetizer was barely edible and my husband's wrap was so disgusting he almost vomited after the first bite and sent it back. The waitress then came over to explain that the wrap couldn't have tasted bad, although he didn't eat anything past that first bite. I asked for pasta salad as a side and got coleslaw. We asked for the check and got up to leave almost as soon as our food came because at this point we were there for about an hour and a half and the service was absolutely horrible. Additionally, the women's bathroom was overflowing and looked as if it had been for a while. Then while my husband paid for the check the waitress had the audacity to ask why we didn't leave a tip. A tip is intended to be a reward for good food and service. This placed is over priced especially for the quality, save your...

My daughters and I just went for breakfast before going to the Bethel Woods museum. When we arrived, there were two tables seated; it was 10 am. We were seated and the server wasn’t particularly friendly. Coffee was brought without a word. Other tables were sat, and finally our orders were taken. We watched four tables who arrived after us be served their food before us. I caught the waitress’ eye and she said it was coming up. Two more tables who arrived after us were served and still no meal. Finally, we asked a different server for assistance, our server returned in a huff saying our order was lost. She retook our order. Again, we waited and other tables were served. Finally, she brought two meals out and they were both the incorrect order. She came back and said, “that wasn’t even your food”. Finally, the correct meals arrived. My meal was a Benedict and the eggs were thoroughly cooked (wrong), it was cold, and the biscuit was soggy. When I told the server, she told us she could give me my meal for free and take a $10 off of the check. We were there more than an hour for a breakfast. I understand there are issues between the front of house and back of house, but no true apology was made. Very, very disappointed. She did, finally, take $25 off of the bill, but it was too...

There is not a cero option.

I stop there for the first time yesterday to get something quick. I pick the easy a chicken soup and fries.

It took a long time wait just for soup and fries, oh boy too long. The fries were ok, who can mess up fries. The chicken soup, is didn't look like a chicken soup, it was foamy on top after I warm it up? flavor, no flavor at all, with something that looks more dark meat of the chicken, not sure. it did not taste like chicken soup, I have to throw it out. I pay cash, waited for the change, instead of been charge $11.33 total I was been charge $12. she just handed me the bills, waited for her again to let her know that the change was short. she didn't seem happy (or very tired) and she seem to wait for me in the kitchen to hand me the rest, extending her arm, instead of coming out and hand it to me and apologize for shorting me on the change.

I am a chef with a degree so I know how a chicken soup should taste. If you start a business, food taste is the most important thing for your restaurant, then service and honesty. there is a limit on how long the customers should wait for an item. I wish you the best. I will not...
