The place itself is well maintained; including the bathrooms which were clean! The only cleaning issue was we sat at a high top table by the bar; the table had a wood top which needs some degreaser or a new coating to make it easy to clean. The table top was super sticky. My son spilled his drink after it stuck to the table, but we joked that in a bar that’s probably how the table got that way! No biggie, just an observation. The service was very friendly but super slow. Not there fault though; two girls running the bar and tables is tough. We were patient and plus there are lots of fun things to look at or play inside: darts, pool, claw machines. The food was good. I like the attention to detail (grilling the buns). The fries are super crispy and so were the boneless wings. One note though about fried food and the red/white papers in the serving dishes, the grease leeches the color from the red squares in particular and that red dye gets on the food. I suggest getting plain ones next time so as not to add dyes to things. It happened to some of our good here, and we’ve seen it at other places that use these too.

1. Food: We ordered 6 different items and all were tasty. Just be aware that this is a bar/grill so not oodles of chooses. You should take a look at their soup bowls because they were good and served in really large bowls. They don’t have a GF menu, but accommodated by removing the bun from the cheese steak. 2. People: The waitress was perfectly nice and never forgot about us in the back dinning area. 3. Timing: We never felt like we were waiting and had plenty of time to catch up from the day’s events. 4. Price: All 6 of us ate comfortably for less than $90, so yeah this was definitely affordable. We were really impressed by what we ate for what we paid. 5. Facility: I’m giving the fifth star here only because bars and grills tend to have darker lighting, but know there isn’t a ton of light to read the menu. Overall the decorating is fine for a bar/grill, nothing fancy but not eye catching either.

Kratzy's is easily located along the main road. There's tons of parking, and most likely pulls quite the crowd for the evening bar time. There's a nice study ramp that makes it accessable for anyone with mobility needs. There's a sign when you first walk in that directs you to find someone that works there and let them know you're there. (My suggestion would be to simply install a bell or some kind of notifier) The waitress was great, though the only one and was new, so there was some time between visits to the table. (We didn't mind this, just kinda felt for her) I wouldn't suggest any soda, as it's a bar, you get the bar tap - pretty watery and zero carbonation. (You do run that risk at any bar imo) The fried cheese curds were very good, and came with a delicious "campfire" style sauce on the side. The burger was cooked well, and was good

First we were told to sit were ever we wanted- so we sat outside like some of the other guests. They already had their food so the bar maid did not come out to check on us- it looked as though it was going to start raining so we went in to eat. Food was great. Menu items are what you would expect from a bar. They do have a children's menu. Which is a plus. During our dining experience my child was not offered crayons and coloring pages however other children that came in after us were. My child did notice this discrepancy and did wonder why and even asked waitress, with no response. Also i was charged for every soda which I guess it is a bar, but we were there to eat a meal and usually eating establishments offer free refills or at least tell you that each drink is an additional charge. Plus only one person was drinking soda anyways. Also made a mistake on the bill charged us for an item that was a dollar less - the waitress pointed it out and added the dollar to the bill. We had a pretty large order for 3 people. Could have just left the dollar off don't really think it would have made that big of a deal Maybe if we were regulars we would have been treated better. It did seem like only regulars visited that...

Unimpressed
meh

First time dropping in for dinner and it was a disappointment. First of all, our wait for a server once we seated ourselves was long. Our server came and dropped menus and was about to run off. I quickly asked her for a water. She then asked my wife what she wanted to drink and then came back a while later with both drinks.

We ordered although I don’t think she was expecting us to order so quickly (I get the impression fast service isn’t their thing).

I was not super happy with my meal. I tried their chicken parm sandwich and it was somehow rubbery and overcooked at the same time. The fries weren’t too bad, but the sandwich just wasn’t good.

My wife had the cheesesteak and liked it.

Overall, it’s more bar than restaurant. Not super impressive. And while they weren’t busy, they seemed understaffed. Our server came to our table to serve our drinks, take our order, and bring dinner out
however until we had finished our meal - we didn’t see her again. Not to check on us, see if we needed refills or for anything...
