Anthony's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Horrible service and attitude!!! I ordered 4 slices of pizza (Chicken parm, vodka, a Sicilian slice, and 2 plain slices of pizza). I placed the order in slice around 1:30 and received a call one of the kinds I chose are not available. I chose something else and 45 minutes go by. I called the restaurant (mind you the pizza place is up the same road from my job, my jobs on Pineway Ave) to inquire when the food is coming Because it’s literally up the street and 4 slices they had to heat up, not make from scratch. The guy on the phone then tells me they just left with the box of food and they gave something extra (as if to accommodate me for taking so long, over an hour at this point for 4 slices). When we finally received the food the chicken parm is dry, all of the pizza was cold and my friend had to literally chizzle her slices to detach them from the pizza box. Our pizza was cold (AGAIN they are right up the road). We called and the man on the phone has nerve to tell us he’s refunding it and with attitude told us not to call again. NO PROBLEM ANTHONYS pizza !!! Your pizza and service sucks anyway and you should consider retraining your staff because there are 15 other places in Mastic and your pizza isn’t anything to brag about :) I suggest to all of my friends and fellow coworkers to never order here !!!!! I can't even give the food or atmosphere a review, because they decided to charge my card, take my order, and just buzz off. I called ahead to place an order, no answer. I figured they were busy, especially since it showed they were open until 12 (I called at around 9:45). I decided to place an online order. They charged my card, accepted my order, and I show up, turns out they WERE CLOSED. How on earth do you operate a business while putting incorrect scheduling information? The fact that you incorrectly put your opening and closing times and then decided to take my order only to not fulfill it, is just infuriating.

Also, on the app I used, it will not charge you until the restaurant accepts your order. So, this business decided to accept my order, charge me, and just close up shop for the night. Absolutely insane. I have never had this happen to me in my entire life. There's so many other pizza joints to patronize, avoid this place at all costs. Horrendous...

As you can see from the owners response he's just another piece of garbage that needs to be shut down. Horrible just go to ninos like the rude poor excuse of a owner told me after spending $90 on pizza slices on slice and they took an hour and a half to come and when they did all the slices were burnt , cold, and old and tastes like he pulled it out of a trash can. The sausage on the meat lovers tasted like its gone bad for quite a while and for the slice to be called meat lovers it only has just sausage on it. everything I got was poorly made with expired ingredients. When I complained and asked for a refund the owner said he knows for a fact they made my food fresh and that he even has pictures of my food that he made fresh. So I'm guessing he takes pictures of every order he literally makes or he just doesn't want to do right by his customers when he's wrong so he lies to slice so they keep your money because the owner is a garbage trash poor...
