Dunton Corner Deli — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I have been wanting to try this place out since I found out they serve Irish breakfast...well, today was the day! Ugh...what a huge disappointment. All the rave reviews they have about their Irish breakfast must come from people who never had really delicious Irish breakfasts before. The black and white puddins were overcooked and dry, the rashers not cooked enough, the ham was OK, as were the bangers, eggs good enough but certainly nothing to write home about, tomato slice wasn't fried. Just a huge disappointment. The only saving grace was I was able to pick up FLAKE , and Rowntree's. If you really want an outstanding IRISH BREAKFAST, go to Shandon Court! They'll not see the front or back...

I use to go there all the time under the previous owner and I never had an issue. I ordered a toasted buttered plain bagel for my son. I was stunned when I opened it was so burnt you couldn’t eat it.
