Fuji Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

After writing a review about this place about a month ago the owner read my review of the mushy white rice and fixed it. I appreciate that very much overall the food is delicious at this place and my only complaint was the mushy white rice and the owner wrote me a message said they were going to look into it and they fixed it and I'll tell you what that actually means a lot. I plan on going back to this being my regular Chinese establishment instead of the other local one.

Just the fact that the owner would read these messages and then look into any problems says something about the quality of this place. Thank you...

I've been ordering from Fuji restaurant for years and haven't seen the inside for about 3 year now until last week...And I love the new look and was surprised to see three young cooks working the kitchen as if they had thirty years experience but none of them could be a day over 24. When me and my friends got home we tasted and loved the food as always even began talking about the young cooks and how we feel they will keep Fuji restaurant around for many more years to come. Overpriced food. Not worth the money. Spent almost 50 dollars on an average meal for two. Could’ve gone to Gordon Ramseys place so I know what I’m paying for. Over the phone the guy (or girl whatever mate its 2021) sounded sick of their life.They need a chicken wing or something.
