We really wanted to like this place! We are new to the area and were thrilled to see the awesome salads they offered. We gave it a try one night for take out. No issues. So we ordered again the next two weeks. Each time the order was messed up. So disappointing.
The first time they gave our order to someone else. That person returned with our food while we were standing there waiting. The person behind the counter then tried to give it to us....um no thank you...someone else already left with the food and returned it??? They made us a fresh order but now of course we were late. Ok, everyone makes mistakes. We gave them another shot the following week.
The next time, same order, just a large chicken ceasar salad and some sliders. Brought the food home. Opened the bag. Wrong order. Had to call and they offered to deliver it in 45 minutes (we live 1/2 mile away...3 minute drive) but it was already after 7 pm and once again we were waiting for dinner. We went and picked up the newly made correct order rather than wait for delivery.
The person behind the counter didn't seem to care when we explained this was the second time in two weeks we had an issue. "Sorry man" and a shrug of the shoulders.
While the food was good and conveniently located, we won't be going back. The service we encountered was poor and certainly not welcoming. We will head to Colesseo instead.
It's a shame because this place could have easily became a weekly favorite for us as we order out at least once a week.
Order at your own risk. Maybe we were...
Read moreThe pizza is great i give it 7 stars but everything else sorry just 1. the price for everything is way to high! Also the girls there are nasty snobs! Very unprofessional. Women dont take your man there! The girls will actually bend over 4 no reason in front of either a customer or one of the guys working they are flirting with. Ive seen one of them straight up flirt with this guy while his girl was standing there getting very angry. I would have knocked her out & i wouldnt let my man go there alone ever. Some of the younger guys are to busy goofing off or flirting with the girls that work there to pay attention to the customers or the food they either over cook or under cook. Who knows whats goin on in the kitchen. You should stop hiring for looks & start hiring for BRAINS! Cuz these girls have none! They screwed up my order many times. They have people who hardly speak English answer the phone and its so frustrating talking to them! Or you get one of the snobby girls who rush you to make your order and God forbid you ask for the price! They get so mad! The 2 older men that work there (i believe one is the owner) make everything perfect. If you do come here make sure they are the ones taking care of your order. Personally like i said before fire the goof balls and hire some brains! Also your an Italian place! Why do you have Spanish cooks?!?! That turns most of us Italian's away. Just sayin... You seem to be off the boat. Thats the impression I got when you first opened. The food is great. But the...
Read moreI ordered 1 large pie and 1 small, the large was completely burnt on one whole side. Whatever cheese they use is way too salty, a complete bust and waste of money. Ordered thru the SLICE app, picked the option to have the order left at the door because we were in the backyard. Received a phone call from a very angry man yelling PIZZA then hanging up on me. My husband went to the front porch and the man started yelling at him saying he was at our house for 20 minutes! (checked the cameras….he was there for 4 minutes) my husband of course started yelling back and asked “ why didn’t you leave our order by the door like we selected for delivery options on the app? This so called delivery driver who knew enough English to yell at us for his screw up instantly forgot his English and kept saying “no comprende” We called Old Town Pizza to let them know about this idiot and she said since it was thru SLICE they have no control. Called SLICE and they said they will be calling the store because the delivery drivers are part of Old Town Pizza. Not sure who’s lying to me but this was a...
