Bistro 42 Food Truck — Restaurant in Town of Brunswick

My husband and I were driving home from our Maine vacation and spotted the Bistro 42 food truck and decided to give it a try for dinner. Wow were we impressed! The fresh homemade baguettes for our sandwiches were baking as we placed our order, what a difference fresh bread makes! I had the Turkey sandwich and my husband had the Fromage sandwich and as we devoured these incredible sandwiches, both of us repeatedly kept saying to each other between bites how amazing these sandwiches are! Our only regret is we didn’t try the Lobster Bisque. We wish we lived closer, but we will definitely plan future trips out that way around their dining schedule. I recently went to Troy NY to visit a friend. We saw a Food Truck on Rt 7 that said Bistro 42 , there were tables with umbrellas in a peaceful atmosphere, so we decided to stop. There were many great sandwich choices on the menu, of course made in a delicious French baguette ! The owner was so friendly and he told us about his Bistro in Hoosick Falls. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Not only was the food delicious and the service wonderful, these guys went above and beyond. I left my credit card there. Not only did they call me and let me know, but when we explained we came from a distance, they mailed it to us for free.
