A very country bar that serves decent food.

Update: It's been a few years since I have gone to this place, and this time my sons wanted to give it a shot. During the pandemic they were doing this awesome burger deal, and we really liked them. So lets see if it lived up to what we remembered.

So the three of us ordered burgers. My youngest had the kids Cheeseburger with Apple Sauce. My oldest got the western burger and I ended up with the black and bleu burger both with fries. My oldest and I split a starter that was Mango Habanero Tater Tots.

The starter was super tasty. The heat wasn't on par for habanero's in my opinion, but it was still super tasty. It had a wonderful sweetness, that paired beautifully with the heat and with their sour cream sauce that was also on the tots. The tots were perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside. It also had crumbled crispy pork belly... it was over the top in the best way possible.

The burgers all look to have been hand made fresh, and were cooked to perfection. The flavor of the burger was divine. What we weren't expecting were how THICK they were. My youngest, who normally can put away a kids burger, had more than half left going home. My oldest, was intimated with the size of his. I was in heaven, it was the perfect size for how hungry I was.

All and all we really enjoyed our experience there. Our waitress was super friendly with my boys, and was even joking around with them. The rest of the staff was super friendly and inviting.

I would take my family back again. And I am thinking on a Wednesday night for their Burger...

I decided to try it out on three separate occasions. I came here for taco Tuesday and on Friday I had the burger. Taco Tuesday was your typical ground beef taco with shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatoes in a corn tortilla. Salsa and sour cream on the side. Pretty basic and underwhelming but hey what do you want for a buck. I also tried the strip steak sandwich. Sliced strip steak with bacon and balsamic onion chutney. The steak was delicious if slightly overdone ( I asked for Medium rare and it was medium) and the chutney was tasty just wish there was more of it. The bun was a basic hamburger bun. The Mac salad side was tasty but a little plain. Sliced kosher pickle finished the plate. I will do the burger review at a later date. Overall a decent meal but nothing that screams I gotta go here all the time. On my second trip I got the burger and it was cooked perfectly. The Mac salad though in my opinion tasted as if it was left out all day so I didn't eat it. So I came back a third time with a few friends of mine and we had lunch together. Our experience with Cassie the bartender/waitress was great. She was very personable and friendly. She made the whole experience that much better. My buddies had the burgers and I had the French dip sandwich. We also split a plate of loaded fries and we all agreed that the food was really good, the burgers were spot on and the French dip was tender and flavorful. The loaded fries are truly loaded, so much so that we couldn't finish them. Overall the best...

Normally not one to leave a negative review, but the management needs to understand the experience we had today. A party of 9 with all simple orders, took 1 hour and 30 minutes to be served. Within this time, 4 other tables were sat, ordered, served, ate, paid, and left.

We were told that the delay was because we “had such a large table”, but it didn’t seem to stop the staff from completing the orders for the other tables. We were given pitchers of water to serve drinks to our party, and then did not get any updates from the staff. The staff was nice enough when they realized how long we were waiting, but other than saying “it should only be a few minutes more” an hour in, didn’t really help.

Some of the food was cold, others were completely dried out, my “fat wrap” was tough and the meatloaf had large portions of tough dried meat. The flavor was alright for some of the party, but not worth the massive weight during a very slow afternoon.

It was disappointing to wait all that time, have a meal not worth the price and time, then be have to pay an additional 20% on top for gratuity when out waitress did nothing for us during that time. I understand a restaurant can have good days and bad days, but it’s not worth coming here to...
