First time I have received such incredibly rude service at the Camillus location. The young counter clerk was chatting with friends on her laptop and delayed in tending to the counter. When she finally noticed she had a customer she kept her earbuds in and asked “what do you want.” She didn’t hear my order because she still had her ear buds in. I repeated my question and she turned and stared at the coffee. I asked if she knew the answer and her short reply was yes. She poured my coffee and left the counter to go chat online before I even finished paying. I told her she was rude and she said (from her seat at her computer) “If You’re gonna rude....” I explained again to her she was rude and terrible and she laughed and proceeded to chat online. Today at the Camillus location I ordered 2 drinks one with Almond milk the other with dairy. Both were burnt (milk overheated) and the Barista did not tell us which was dairy or not until we asked.
