Tracy at Cordello’s Pizza is simply the BEST! We love ordering from here—the pizza is always awesome—but what really keeps us coming back are the fried dough bites. My son loves them so much he’s asked for them instead of birthday cake three years in a row! That says it all. Tracy is always kind, helpful, and makes every visit feel personal. We’re so lucky to have this spot in our community!

We stopped here late night on our way back from a gig on a weekend late night, with only about an hour before closing, and the lady at the counter gave us amazing customer service.

She was happy to tell us what were the best vegetarian items on the menu were, and to steer us away from the items that wouldn't be 'as good' in quality at that visit, and explain why. She listened to what we normally enjoyed, and gave us good recommendations. I appreciate it very much when staff are candid about what the kitchen can and can't do very well at a given time, and she very much helped us get a meal we enjoyed.

We shared onion rings and a vegetarian calzone. The onion rings were cooked perfectly, very hot inside and crisp. The calzone was stuffed with cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and onions, and it so large we could only finish half of it between the two of us --and we were starving as we hadn't had a meal since lunch.

Even though she was getting ready to close, and no other customers came in while we were there-- we were encouraged to relax and enjoy our food, and she and her husband chatted with us like we were old friends. It was very welcoming and enjoyable, along with really good food.

We don't usually go that way out of the city, but for that kind of service and good food, we'd make a...

The woman was very condensending and coy when I asked for 2 Cheese slices, the cheese slices were in the middle of pepperoni slices, I attemped to explain to her that the oil from the pork will run over and its not truly a cheese pizza: after a non resolution but an exchange, she dismissed my concern as a customer. I handed her food back for a refund and her response was “its your right if you dont eat pork; this is how I make my product” Ookay I drove down the street to Good Guys and paid a little more for what I wanted accompanied with a good attitude. I have been watching this place not as busy as when I moved here 2 decades ago, now I see why. I wasnt rude I just explaining “some” dietary concerns. I am allergic to pepperoni! If had ate the pork drenched pizza and ended up in the ER there would be much more than this comment coming for them. Im sorry to say that this is the first 1star review I have given any business and hopefully the last. Not mention she handled food without gloves which is standard in every food industry. In fact its county health code but like SHE said “its the way I...

Not a great meal. Ordered a medium double pepperoni and an order of wings. Pizza was terrible. Dough/crust was tough as shoe leather. As a former baker I can tell you the dough was over mixed and then over worked causing the gluten to tighten up. It was also very chewy cheese which tells me it’ was low quality cheese. The store is less than a mile from where it was delivered and it was brought warm at best. Wings had no sauce. (glad I have my own for situations like this) The driver was cool, but the girl answering the phones (Shay) did not have knowledge of delivery radius. Her tone and attitude were sour. she’s not a happy employee. Did not ask if dessert, drinks, crushed red pepper or Parmesan with my order. Step up your game. You all...
