This location consistently gets my order wrong. Today they not only got my order wrong, but the hash browns were so cold that they tasted as if they had come right out of the fridge. They also only gave 5 in each of the two that I ordered instead of 6 (although that is not as big of a deal). My breakfast sandwich had cheese on it even though I asked for it without cheese, which happens maybe once every four or five times I go there. The sandwich was also extremely cold. You could tell the croissant had not been toasted - it looked like it had come right out of the bag. At least it made the cheese easy to peal off since it had not melted. Even when orders have been wrong in the past, the food has always been hot, so I have no idea how I got food that looked like it had simply been thawed but never cooked. The reason this location WAS my favorite was because of the speediness of the early morning crew (Taya, Darren, Darell). They made me laugh at 0515hrs. They were upbeat. They were NICE. As you can see by the photo, I have more ice than coffee. It took me twelve (12) minutes to get through the drive-through. I had a mobile order, so to make things worse, my order wasn't ready when I got to the window, I had no utensils or napkins, and whomever was on that headset needed a lesson in etiquette and an adjustment in their tone. I get that it's early in the morning, and you are tired. However, YOU are not the only one on their way to work. This morning while on my daily Dunkin' run, there was a new employee working the cashier(she was being trained by the manager). First off, she did GREAT! Second, I wanted to just say it made me really happy with how the manager was speaking and training this employee. She kept encouraging her and telling her what a good job she was doing while teaching her how to work the cashier. It really impressed me. Nowadays you don't see that type of management in the fast food industry and I am SURE that is a big reason why that Dunkin provides such great service.
