I e-mailed to order a cake, and I spoke with Janie who was nice. When I went to pick up my Dog's cake at the appointed time it wasn't done, and they admitted to forgetting to input the order. They were apologetic, and even offered to still make the cake and take 10 dollars off the price. I ended up still purchasing the cake, and when I picked up I only had my card. The guy let me take the cake without paying, and I sent Janis an e-mail asking her if she had PayPal, to which she thankfully did so I could pay her. Great cakes, very accommodating, and nice people.
