Clarence Deli — Restaurant in Town of Clarence

I called & ordered a Julienne salad .. It was $7.69 came with iceberg lettuce, ham, turkey, american & provolone … I ordered again a few days later this time I requested tomato, cucumber, onion etc. I was told no cucumber avail .. This time I receive the salad completely different than the first .. Only one slice of ham, salami and swiss not cut & they randomly added banana peppers. I also had to throw away at least a third of the lettuce because it was the white core and brown lettuce .. Third time I ordered I requested it the way it was prepared the first time (shredded lettuce the meat and cheese cut Julienne style) & I requested all the veggies but when I opened my salad no veggies :( and again a bunch of brown lettuce I had to throw away!!! I only have 30 mins for lunch so I wasn't able to have it fixed … In addition to that the deli is dark & gloomy .. There is also a minimum of $10 to use a card so the first time I had to purchase unwanted items to reach the $10. I wish they were better considering there are very few options for lunch...

Its a nice old timey mom and pop vibe has some neat options in shop and a good sized menue for deli. It's been awhile since I've been, mabey I caught an off day but it wasn't as good as I remember. Both sandwhichs were kinda skimpy on the meat lots of role and letus but mabey 3 thin slices of meat on half the role and it's not exactly cheap (price would be fair if there was a bit more meat). Sandwhich didn't seem to fit description and had wrong role but there's a new kid training and accidents happen. Sandwhich did have a kinda nice flavor once i tossed half the role and some letus to taste what was in it. most staff seemed nice. This visit was a lil off but not bad, and I have been a couple times over the years and liked it alot. Do try it for yourself it's always good to support local...

Horrible. Major attitude problem with the staff here. I walked out without buying all my stuff on the counter because they cashier and cook were so nasty to me. Even tho they were standing right next to each other she wanted me to take one step over and order from him. That was fine but when I did it must not have been enough. They both proceeded to YELL at me at the same time so I couldn’t even understand what the issue was. I was so excited to try the food instead of 7 11 next door. I will never go back there and I now tell everyone I know not to either. A little respect...
