Cusimano's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Clarkson

Cusimano's Pizzeria is a new addition to the Brockport, NY food scene, and they are quickly making a name for themselves with their delicious and fresh pizzas. The new pizzeria has a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The pizzas are made with the finest ingredients, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. The crust is crispy and fluffy, and the toppings are abundant and flavorful. They offer a wide variety of toppings to choose from, so there's something for everyone.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they are always doing their best to make sure that customers have a great experience. Despite being a brand new business, they are still working out some kinks, but they are always striving to improve and make sure their customers are happy.

Overall, I highly recommend giving Cusimano's Pizzeria a try. Whether you're in the mood for a classic pepperoni pizza or something more adventurous, they have you covered. The combination of fresh ingredients, friendly service, and a great atmosphere make Cusimano's a must-visit pizzeria...

Ordered delivery thru Doordash. Stinger pizza and Greek fries. Pizza was on point. But the fries were not good. $17 for fries? Very overcooked, and they didn’t come with dressing on the side (as it states is included on the menu). Doordash charges you for additional side sauce, as well as if you want to remove any ingredients…awesome. Didn’t pay for extra sauce, but also didn’t get the sauce they should’ve came with. Called to hopefully get loaded fries sent out instead. But because I touched the fries (had more than half of them left), no comp was given. Have worked in food service for awhile. You’re supposed to do whatever makes the customer happy and want to return again.

Solution 1: Doordash prices are absolutely horrendous. Management should look into contacting Doordash. Why should a consumer have to pay an upcharge for removing an ingredient…which increases the company’s profit margin.

Solution 2: If a customer is offering to return the unsatisfactory item, why would you deny...

We have ordered from the Brockport location 5 times total since it opened. The pizza was fantastic, the wings were perfectly cooked, and that's what drove us to continue ordering (the 1st 3 times). We were excited that we had found a new pizza place that we loved in comparison to the local competition!!

I'm not sure what has changed. The last two times we ordered, the pizza was SEVERELY undercooked. To the point that we're not quite sure how they even got it into the box. The wings were extremely overdone and so dry you needed a drink in between each bite just to choke them down!!

Needless to say, unfortunately our fondness of this place has now waned and it is very unlikely we will order from here again.

I'd love to chalk it up as the cook just having a bad day, but after two consecutive orders this way it's more than that.
