My sister, husband, and I had lunch at Confetti's in Piermont yesterday (won't do that ever again, but that's a whole different review) After we finished we strolled through the Farmers Market that was going on across the way. We're so happy we did! We came across Birdies Batch, and along with them being such nice vendors, they have delicious food! We brought home the Trio Crostatos! We live in PA and couldn't try it until we got home today. Oh My Goodness!!! Was it such a Wonderful treat!!! We can't wait to try the other two, which will be this week 😉 The pastry that the filing is wrapped in...Oh My!!! So delicious!!! Birdie's Batch has the most delicious jams, jellies, and treats around, made by the kindest and most talented mother-daughter duo. We look forward to every market visit when we get to try their latest seasonal baked goods (they are all hits), and our pantry is always stocked with their jam.

We love the jam so much, that for our wedding, we purchased 4 oz. jars of Birdie's Batch jelly as favors for our guests. Sara and Vinnie were beyond delightful to work with throughout that process, and the jelly was fantastic as always.
