I placed an online order for this location I go to many times to eat before work. The man in there tells me and my friend he has no online orders while we both had them placed and shown our apps. He denied us service or helping us. He continued to lie about the address. I went to 7879 Oswego Rd, Liverpool, NY 13088. He tried telling me it was 2831. Which doesn't even make sense. Now I wasted money on food I can't even get. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. And of course Subway doesn't have any live customer support so I can't get this resolved before work so now I'll be going into a 12 hour shift hungry....

When I asked her for the soup, I thought it came a little quick to the checkout. Got to work (1 1/2 miles away) the soup is cold, not even room temperature and crusted on the top. I made a sub for dinner and didn't pay for it..next day while working; the owner and manager called the police on me and had me charged with petty larceny for the sub .. luckily I was getting ready to leave for basic training and the arresting officer took note in the report that subway refused to let me pay for the sub ..the judge dismissed the case in court and mailed subway 5$ out of his pocket so i could move on...
