I will stick to the facts of my experience. Visited on Friday with the intent to dine-in. When I got there I took a look at the dining area and did not feel like the spacing was sufficient for social distancing. I chose to order some takeout instead. When ordering takeout we were given a wait time of 90 minutes. Despite that, I chose to go forward. I had gotten a recommendation. I went, ran some errands, came back in 90 minutes. I sent a friend in, they were told it would be 10 minutes more. It was 45 minutes more. There was little to no communication during this wait. Most of the staff tried to ignore the situation as it was uncomfortable. While waiting, I saw a customer get a pizza, state that it was incorrect, then get a replacement, in the time after my order should have been done. The friend who waited also said the owner just went upstairs with a piZza to eat. I'm guessing he didn't wait over two hours for it. Did they hand a gift card to me as an apology? Sure. They did. I also gave it away as I do not intend to come back. The pizza was solid and would rate four stars compared to places I have been. Maybe try on a Tuesday? The operations are a challenge. You will see the owner replies on other comments for why they feel this is the case. Excuses don't cut it when customers get ignored. Also, the parking lot is a fiasco. The spacing is inadequate between rows. This appear to be from the middle row being forced in. Customers also parked in locations that were not parking spots which restricted getting in/out even more.

I ordered a cheese pizza using the mealeo link on their website. It said the pizza would be ready in 40-50 minutes. I waited for the website to update that it was ready, but it never did. I arrived after 50 minutes anyway, and my pizza was cold. I asked the attendant if the app updates when it’s ready and she said she didn’t know- I felt dumb for asking. I ordered here because I wanted wood fired pizza, but the bottom of my pizza was not brown at all- almost white, and it could be because it was cold, but it was not crisp either. It still was not crisp after I reheated in my oven as soon as I got home. Normally I wouldn’t bother leaving a negative review for a small business, but the owners rude responses to other negative reviews is completely uncalled for.

Tried first time. Pizza in bar room. So kinda loud. Seats about 50 and had some outside tables. 12 wine glass 15 martini. I tried the crab Rangoon pizza. Sounds bad but was pretty good. Other had gluten free grandma. Have to say was one of the best gf I have had. Service a bit slow as took long time for a piece of gf cake-8. At new places always ask best rec. She say all so not very helpful. I also ask what would never get n she couldn't say. Every place has something one shouldn't get. She finally said the pickle pizza as she not like pickles. That is what I look for an honest answer. 2 people 2 drinks 2 pizzas with tip 105. Next time will order for pickup.

I wouldn’t normally post a bad review however this is the 3rd time when ordering takeout I had a bad experience. It’s with the takeout service not the actual food. Every-time I order from here the time I’m given is never accurate. I ordered on a Friday night, knowing it might be busy however I placed the order at 4:30. Was given a 25 minute timeframe. They text when the order is ready but from previous experience it’s never ready based on the wait time I am given I left 35 minutes after I called the order in, I also didn’t want the food to be cold by the time they texted and I got there. I got there around 5:15 (20 minutes later than the time they gave) went inside and once I gave them my name they said they were backed up and just put my order through as a rush and it would be 20 additional minutes. No apology or anything… so they never even put my order in until I showed up. They weren’t apologetic, just a very annoying situation. I had them cancel the order and I left. The food every-time we have had it has been good that’s why I gave a 3 star however takeout has been terrible the last 3 times we have ordered. The last time prior they only had half our order ready so half the food was cold. It’s just frustrating and if they can’t accommodate takeout orders on weekends then they shouldn’t take them. Or give a...

What a night! After experiencing Classic Crust catering at a private party we FINALLY made it in. 4 in our party + a pizza loving 2 yr old. Guests opted to sit outside...mistake on this warm & uncomfortable 90° night. But after going inside to see if maybe there might be an available table, staff couldn't have been more accommodating. We were quickly seated and everyone (especially the 2 YO) were happy. Greg and his staff (Jillian and hostess)were welcoming, attentive and on this busy Thursday night they couldn't have been more pleasant considering our huge ask to move tables just as food made it's appearance. Now onto the food: excellent hardly covers it. Jillian's explanation of pizza sizes and recommendations were right on task. Crust is delicious, crunchy edges only attained by their awesome oven, tender center and perfect toppings (Margarita with just the right amount of aged balsamic topping and meat lovers-with bacon!) can't be beat. Considering the high temperature of their oven and the fully occupied restaurant it was a gloriously cool respite from the heat outside. Great beer choices & lemonade went down easily. Lively music and just all around happy people made for a great night out. We will be visiting Classic Crust often and soon and...
