I decided I would try mcdonalds never again normally go to burger king ice cream cones at bk are only $1.10 they are big. quality always taste amazing deffinantly worth $1.10 mcdonalds wants $2.20 for a cone it was extremely small the ice cream tasted funny the cone tasted extremely stale also after receiving my cone from drive thru there was car in front of me in my way not moving the blonde lady working asked me why I wasn't leaving with a rude tone I said that cars in my way she said they are waiting for there order and need to be there car behind was up my butt I couldn't move my car the lady started making a scene then finally car behind me backed up some so I could back up and leave awful experience constantly have issues at gowanda mcdonalds other day I was charged $4 for just a large sweet tea at cash register different lady argued with me and said that's how much they cost then other worker came over and fixed it and told the worker she...

The site was empty when I arrived, l placed my order, 2 for $5 menu, dbl cheeseburger and fries. They proceeded to make the cheeseburger, but didn't start the fries until after the cheeseburger was done and bagged. Then my fries were started. When the buzzer rang the person handling them finally came out from the back talking to another employee. The Employee handling my order lifted the fries from the oil and stood holding them dripping over the floor. A minute or so passed and finally the fries were dumped to be salted. Even after my order was complete and bagged the conversation continued now in the hands of my Server. Finally a minute or so passed and a third Employee grabbed my order and brought it to me, she also apologized fo r the wait. KUDOS TO THE THIRD EMPLOYEE WHO WAS DOING HER JOB!! I come here a lot. Most of the time, the food is pretty decent for what you’d expect to come from McDonalds. The staff is usually friendly and once in a while food is missing from the bag, no biggie. BUT, the last few times I have gone to this particular McDonalds, the food has been absolutely terrible. Almost inedible. The last couple of sandwiches I have ordered have been super dry with very little ingredients. The order I got today is completely unacceptable. Both sandwiches were extremely dry with almost NO sauce. The patties were so dry to the point that they were almost BLACK. Not only that, everything besides the chicken nuggets were cold. I can assume food safety standards are not being followed as of now at this location. Like I said, when I began coming here, the experience was what you’d expect.
