I've been frequenting this Subway shop since about 1997. Raj and Mita sold the place suddenly, about two months ago, after almost 40 years. It's gone from being the best Subway shop to the worst in that time. Familiar, competent employees have been replaced with incompetent ones and grumpy management.
Today was the last straw. They refused to toast a sub with spinach on it, even though I've been getting that done since Subway introduced the air ovens. The sub was a foot long but had only half a sub's worth of chicken. The soda fountain has been down for over a week, so I had to get a bottle, which meant an upcharge. Only now that I read these recent reviews, I am saddened to hear that Raj had sold the place. I can't say I blame them considering how Subway treats their franchise owners, but this is a loss for me.
