The Mullet is a great addition to Springville’s Main Street with its casual but high end feel and tasty drinks. The four cocktails we tried were all very good and the prices were fair. The Mullet mule was interesting as it was made with passion fruit and pineapple flavors instead of ginger beer, which was a nice summery feeling variation on one of the classic drinks. They had the fireplace going, a game of pool, and it was well attended on a Friday night, but it wasn’t too loud. In the summer they also have the patio open and outdoor seating in the alley. We didn’t order any food but they have a small menu with flatbreads and other treats. Overall this was a great spot for a few drinks in a nice mellow atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be back again!
