Nirchi's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Conklin

I applied for Nirchi’s nearly a year ago in Conklin, and I figured I’d share my experience to warn against anybody willing to work there. I got called in for an interview. The interview was completely unprofessional, she talked the whole time and left me no time to opportunities to even speak, and the questions in general were unrelated and unprofessional. Then, I called almost a week later to follow up. She did not answer, so I decided to call back a few days later. When she was in, another employee picked up the phone, and the manager had her tell me “I’ll call her back later I’m too busy“. Me stupidly later realizing (after getting no call), the manager did not even ask for the name of who called. She did not plan to call back. I then messaged her personally. To this day I have had no response. The manager is snotty and so are the employees. I heard from a previous employee this story I’m about to tell, as well. She asked for time off, and they gave it to her. When she returned, she discovered that she had been fired because her name was taken off the schedule. She asked the manager why, and the manager did not give her an answer hand still has not. Now, my input on the service to customers. The employees do not listen to you when you talk to them. Ordering over the phone is always a fus, I have even gotten hung up on trying to order. They are rude in person and have no idea what they are doing. They get orders wrong...

My boyfriend ordered after he left work, he got there on time that they said to. Our pizza was cold and so was his "wings." When they checked the order after check out, they forgot the mozzerrella sticks, no biggie it happens. Yet the lady at the counter didnt realize till after we checked out so we had to do a refund...none the less when he got our pizza it was cold, he called saying it was terribly cold when he left. We dont live far from nirchis and our pizza was brick cold when it was brought into the house to the point we put it in the oven to reheat. Plus when he got home, they gave him boneless wings when he said on the phone bone in with extra sauce and blue cheese and they had no sauce and he had to ask the lady at the counter for extra blue cheese because she didnt add it ...keep in mind we paid for extra sauce and the extra blue cheese. They looked like chicken nuggets that weren't even tossed in sauce. Our half sheet we split, he did honey mustard chicken for half, I did meat lovers. The honey mustard had maybe a drop on it, you couldnt even smell it, it was cheese and chicken. I hate honey mustard and tasted it. It was cheese and chicken. My meat lovers was decent in meat but had absolutely no sauce, was so dry to eat. Quite a shame considering we'd go there constantly. The past few times have just been a disappointment....

I never had this issue before but I'm never buying from this Nirchis again. I ordered 73 dollars worth of food for my boyfriend's birthday, after 1 hours of never getting my food I called Nirchis to see the ETA of the driver. They said they would be here soon, cool. After 2 hours of the food not arriving, I'm annoyed and called them to see what's going on and the driver claimed he came to my apartment, knocked and no one answered and then he called my phone and no one answered, and then he claimed he talked to my neighbor to confirm my address?? So instead of leaving the pizza I already paid for in front of my door (if he actually came) he decides to never deliver it. I demand a refund back and he said fine. I call back about 10 minutes later to ask which one of my neighbors he talked to and his story changes and he says he never talked to a neighbor. So he lied??? Anyways, I am still waiting for my refund. If I don't get my money back I will update this review.

By the way, I was home waiting for the pizza and I never heard anyone knocking or even approaching...
