Amore Italy Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Corinth

I ordered dinner tonight for my family at 5:39pm. They didn't give me a wait time but it is usually around an hour so I wasn't worried. However, after I had been waiting nearly an hour and a half, I decided to call to find out where my order was. I was told the girl was leaving right then to deliver my order.  I live less than half a mile from them and still waited an additional 30 minutes before I had to call them again stating I'd been waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery. I could over hear the counter girl explaining I hadn't gotten my order to someone else and her being told to tell me the delivery girl was leaving right then with my food. I get the holidays are nearing and maybe delivery times are longer than average but I find this inexcusable. I have two young kids that were excited to have pizza for dinner and they were confused when they were starving hours later and it still hadn't shown. If they were going to take longer than usual, they could've stated as much but they didn't. Another 25 minutes go by and an older gentleman shows up to deliver my COLD food at 745 pm. Why lie to your paying customers? If there are issues, you need to be transparent with your customers about that. I paid way too much for a convenience that was by no means convenient. They have no intentions of trying to rectify the issue and I did even receive an apology for them being late or delivering me ice cold food. I dont even like Rocco's that much but you can bet they're getting all of my business after this. At least they have decent...

Not one to go by other reviews so I decided to try this place out for myself even after reading awful reviews. The only good thing I have to say is that the pizza crust was good. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get an order right but I ordered a small (6 slice) pizza half buffalo chicken half bbq chicken WITH onions and tomatoes (it’s even suggested that way on the menu). What came was a crust with cheese and some kind of chicken flavored crumbles with bbq/buffalo drizzled over the top. No onions or tomatoes (which I repeated twice on the phone). I also got a cheese steak “bomber”. I wanted half because that is an option on the menu since they are huge. The boy on the phone told me they no longer do half since they aren’t “huge” anymore. It was pretty large and I could not even finish half of what I received. The steak was very chewy and rubbery, there were almost no toppings. Probably one each of mushrooms, onions, and peppers. And no sign of cheese (I asked for cheese sauce). My order was $35. The small pizza on the menu was $11 so that means the cheese steak was $20??? But then again their menu clearly isn’t up to date. I at least expected some toppings for that price. Will definitely not return and continue to use Roccos...

The only reason I gave one star is because I couldn’t give zero. I was a walk in order. I ordered two large pizzas and was told I would have a 30-35 min wait. Ok no problem. I come back after waiting 40 mins and they can’t find my order. They have one of the pizzas I ordered but not the other. They ask me if I can wait 10 mins and they will have my order. Half hour later I finally get my pizzas.

Well the first pizza had been sitting on top of the pizza oven for at least 30 mins. Girl at the counter wrote “lobby remake” on the side of the box....maybe she thought I was blind and didn’t see her do it. I took the pizzas and left. Get home and yep the first pizza was cold. The second pizza was one of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. Not sure if it was because they made it in haste. Couldn’t even eat one whole slice. My dog loved it though. Now I used to like Amores but I was totally disgusted with the lack of professionalism from all the staff. I know I’m only one person but I won’t be going to Amores pizza (if you want to call it...
