Panda Garden — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

Asked for no pork but order came with pork fried rice and a pork roll… when I called the worker was very rude! He tried to say it was my fault because I did not write white rice on the combo order (which my husband swears down that he wrote!!) I said I wanted my money back. No apologies for what is in my opinion, a pretty big mistake, receipt clearly states no pork on order! The man tried to throw a small box of white rice at me when on the phone he said he would remake the order. I ended up having to leave and come back with the correct card (my husbands) so they could refund onto the ‘correct’ card… then I met the owner and she was very nice and polite. Overall it took me 2 phone calls and going to the restaurant 3 times to get my money back. I will not be ordering from here again and encourage you not to ever order from here.

Would not recommend. I get that the store just opened a couple days ago, but I don’t know the food was sent to me incorrect and not edible. I ordered broccoli with garlic sauce and asked the broccoli to be extra tender for my grandma, but no it was hard and under cooked. There was very little sauce too and I asked for extra sauce. Also, I get chicken wings and chicken fried rice I asked for no onions in the rice, but were onions. The wings were okay and the fried rice was very dry I don’t know why. The pepper steak I got the beef was very hard and not tender, I’m not sure why the store is not using quality beef. The egg rolls were alright and little not on the fresh side, they tasted a little old. Come on guys listen to directions and I didn’t want to call back to the store to start an argument. The last dozen or so orders we’ve placed here my mom has asked me to call to place the order because there’s a man here who is extremely rude and he makes her too nervous to order. . I’ve never had the opportunity to experience an interaction with him until this evening when I came in to get some food for her. Rude in every way possible. I don’t even just mean rude as rude customer service but almost crossing the line into cruel. I’m just very upset and shocked at the entire interaction I had with him this evening.
