Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandville

The service here was slow and our cups were literally covered in coffee from the lid to the base when they handed it to us. The bathrooms were disgusting and had busted sinks which means you couldn’t wash your hands…meaning the staff here don’t ever wash their hands. It’s just filthy and there was no reason this staff should have run our cups under the coffee dispenser after putting the lids on. But I guess we have to wash off our own cups before drinking just like we had to find another bathroom down the road to...

This location closes at 8pm I showed up at 730pm and they all ready had the machines cleaned so when I asked for a iced Latta she said srry i can't do that but I can do a regular coffee. No ma'am I wanted in expresso I don't even have to be at work until 10 pm but I ran out early just for a coffee a head of time to help me stay awake. Dumber than a sack of rocks could not understand what chocolate strawberry and vanilla with sprinkles means maybe they think it's a game to put in worst flavors they have but when you order a dozen donuts with specific flavors and you get none of them and when you call and complain all they say is well chews we didn't know so we just do whatever flavors in there we had this is any other place open go there these people do not deserve...
