Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Coxsackie

OK, I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts since it opened, and pretty much suffered through the ups and downs of this local business, as I love DD and I understand the difficulties of staffing a place like this, but two days in a row of just brutal service has me calling it quits, I will drive the extra distance to go to Ravena when I crave my DD fix. Yesterday I waited in the Drive through line for 30 minutes, only to pick up my cold sandwich and iced drink that was anicely undrinkable due to the ice being already melted and drink ingredients all separated. The person in front of me was about 15 minutes of the wait, and I saw she got a refund so whatever she wanted to get was a waste of her time, and all of us waiting in our car. I have them one more shot today, got to the order window and told them I was a On The Go pickup, and they told me to pull up. This time it was 25 minutes to get to the window, and mind you only 4 cars ahead of me. I was expecting nasty drinks again, but instead they let me know that they didn't have the ingredients to make my stuff, so instead of telling me at the order window, they made me waste 25 minutes. This was not a recent event, this happens a LOT and I just decided to call it a day...

I am not one to go out of my way to write a poor review about somewhere. I have worked in fast food and still work in the service industry so I understand that the environment can be very stressful and demanding. But I don’t think I’ve had a good experience at this location in months, and I come here frequently. I almost always place a mobile order 20 minutes out which is a considerable amount of time. So much so that the app suggests I wait longer because I’m so far from the location. Every. Single. Time. There is something missing and I have to go up and ask for it. Also more often than not, something is wrong on the order or they’re out of something I ordered. Every time I have to ask for something on my order, the staff seems very inconvenienced and have no sense of urgency. My last order yesterday was the same deal. Order 20 minutes ahead, I come in and only 1 of 3 items I ordered were out in the pickup area. I had to ask for both of them which took pushing 5 minutes for the staff to even notice me being the only person in the store. They got the one bakery item rather quickly, but then my small hot coffee took another several minutes to get and in result I was...

I recently moved to the area other than ravena this is the closest DD. There have been many instances where I was extremely disappointed. A few weeks ago I was omw to work it was 515 am. I just wanted a coffee. I was running late and didn't have time to make my own. I stopped there and spoke into the speaker. No response. I waited about 5 minutes and still no response. I drove off and when I went by the window there were two young men inside staring at me as I drove off. They opened at 5 am btw. .. Today its HOT i always get the same coffee and the baby gets a donut. I waited TWELVE MINUTES BEHIND TWO CARS! (This seems to be normal for them at this store) When I pulled up finally, my cold foam was all melted so there was none, the ice was melted so my coffee was all watery and the donuts were frosting face down and lost it all when we peeled them out of the bag. Do you guys not pay attention to what youre handing people? I've really had a ton of bad experiences here. I guess I'll have to start making the 10minute drive to the Rav for good service and coffee. Half the crew has no manners or cust service skills.
