In the Morning, you will have a more than likely great experience as the friendly young blonde manager and the gentleman manager with glasses are solid at their jobs.
If you are going after 12pm, be ready for a wild wait in the drive thru. Also, do NOT work here. Unless of course you enjoy literal high school drama and 19 year old “manager” who stand with their arms crossed when things are slightly busy or flirts with her coworkers instead of helping customers.
This place stays busy, drive thru likely will take more than 10 mins alone, advised to go into the lobby and order to save a lot of time. Many workers just quit/fired but it’s been a recurring problem at this location for months and months. Just realize it will be a very long wait in drive thru.
Morning staff is great, the rest is terrible. The managers I mentioned in the AM are the only reason this place is still even able to get the food out the door. Upper management is who you can thank for that long wait you will experience also. Call them
Also to all workers of McDonald’s ; figure out a way to unionize the place because they don’t care at all about you. Will write you up for being legitimately late by 3 minutes BUT they will randomly just change the schedule without forewarning you either. Then tell you you made it up because they don’t ever make physical copies of the schedules , they use the BS app called “crew “ which facebook owns and gives you zero physical copies of anything, edits your texts depending on words that Facebook chooses without you knowing the words . It’s insane and literal children (17-21) are running the show? Gtfo.
Only couple of actual good managers there which is Mike and Ricky.
But thwze owners are mental and legit losing because they choose by equity not merit.
And those equity choices they picked for higher positions? They have very little willpower or values, and I really don’t see how whoever is in charge of hiring the District Manager and the young guy named Tyler above him, they truly reflection either no understanding on how a bussiness model properly functions in the modern capitalist, post covid economy OR they just flat out are not in touch what so ever with the things at the ground level here. It is a fact, they legit hire young girls or boys(whatever they are attracted to ) and get them a job so they can hook up around in the shed . Unreal . Worse business and owners ever.
Funny they have a new hiring sign specifically encouraging parents to send there kids here to work as a...
Read moreSo we called in a wedding order a few weeks ago to pick up on a Saturday night. When we arrived, the operator in the drive through was not aware of our order at all. The first response was incredibly rude and hostile from the drive through operator, however the four stars are for the manager on duty Ari. She helped us get an order in and taken care of when it otherwise would have been impossible. She went above and beyond after the fact and with no information before hand. Kudos to her for helping us out and making sure our food was exactly what we needed. The lesson here is call early the day of when you place these orders in advance and call ahead again by at least an hour to coordinate, because this isn’t the first time this weekend that we had a vendor or restaurant jump through hoops to accommodate us, specifically because there was not enough communication on their end between the people coordinating these things and the people actually making...
Read moreWhat's to say? It's a McDonald's. Don't go in the drive thru if you're in a rush. There's nothing fast about it. I remember one time being in the drive thru for about 12 minutes and it was just me and the car in front of me. They never fill your fries up either. It's like they're trying to conserve. Every time I order a large fries, I get the equivalent of a medium or small. And if you ask them about it they say "they did fill it up". You know, thinking about it, every time I went there so far, I had something wrong with my order. I gotta admit though, if you address the issue with a manager or supervisor, they usually take care of the issue promptly. So I gotta give them credit for that. I think it's just the workers, they really don't give a care in what they doing. But I rarely go there, unless my 4 year old son sees the McDonald's sign and asks for a happy meal. Other than that... I'm good. I'll go...
