Whenever my palette craves burrito, I usually stop by this truck stop ,today I'm disappointed with the quality of shredded pork, this was not the freshest and the burrito was not packed tight ,mostly eating wrap because the filling was skimpy and not enough Pico sauce. Good food. It feel it's hit or miss with some items. Last time my chicken burrito was essentially all rice and was rather bland but spicy, not in a tasty way. The menu is has a Variety of choices for everyone, they also do daily specials. All in all, not a bad food truck to try out. We will try it again mainly because it's a local business which we choose to support and everyone is entitled to a bad day...
