Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Danube

The food was good and hot .Prices are what you expect on the turnpike . Only two young men working and they did a great job ! The manager however was sitting at a computer and never helped them or saw what was going on . It was 12:45 pm on Saturday . You could tell the young men were stressed however they kept their cool . I cannot imagine why this manager was nit helping them . Another girl came in from another area and was talking to the manager and she was not pleased ! He totally ignored her . Never have I ever seen that Could not hear what she was saying but he never even looked at her and was totally disrespectful. I hope someone from corporate sees this and...

Popeyes, have you lost your minds??? Not a single item on the entire Popeyes menu is worth the prices they are trying to charge at this location. $14 for a chicken sandwich? $16 for a few chicken tenders? 😂😂😂😂😂 They must not realize that there is another Popeyes down the road in Amsterdam, NY. Literally highway robbery. It's not even about the money, it's about the disrespect of thinking that any of their food is worth those prices....like we have never been to one of their restaurants before or we don't have to work hard for our money. Stop buying here people and maybe they will price things more...

Watch out when you order and know that your combo price does not include your drink. Ordered a 5 piece tender and fries. That costs $16.99 before tax. Add a medium drink and that is $3.79. one meal comes to over $21 with tax. I have a full steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse for less than that. This is also a Thruway stop they redid and there is only seating for 7 families tops, so we had to eat in the car. Save your money and exit the Thruway to get your food.
